The weighing module inputs the weight signal to the weighing instrument and compares it with the preset value near the zero point. If the value is less than or equal to this value and the proximity switch detects that the material gate is closed, the weighing instrument will send the input signals of coarse and fine feeding contacts to the PLC, enabling the coarse and fine feeding electromagnetic valves to be energized, respectively, and controlling the coarse and fine feeding cylinders to drive the feeding filling guns to open. The material flows into the weighing bucket. The weighing instrument starts to measure based on the weight signal detected by the weighing module. When the weight reaches the preset value of coarse feeding, the weighing instrument sends a coarse feeding closing signal, and the PLC outputs a signal to de-energize the coarse feeding electromagnetic valve and reverse the direction, controlling the cylinder to close the coarse feeding filling gun. Through the narrow middle hole on the coarse feeding filling gun, the material continues to be fed into the weighing bucket. When the flow volume reaches the preset value of fine feeding, the weighing instrument compares the weight signal detected by the weighing module with the set weight and subtracts the preset air volume value. If the deviation is within the error range, it sends a fine feeding closing signal, and the PLC outputs a signal to de-energize the fine feeding electromagnetic valve and reverse the direction, controlling the cylinder to close the fine feeding filling gun. The weighing instrument then compares the detected weight signal with the set weight again. If it is within the measurement setting error, the PLC enables the discharge electromagnetic valve to be energized, and the cylinder drives the material door to open, allowing the material to flow into the filling bucket. After a delay of 0.3 seconds, the PLC output end stops the output, causing the electromagnetic valve to de-energize and reverse the direction, and the cylinder drives the bucket clamping plate to release the bucket, ending the one-time weighing cycle. If the material in the weighing bucket is out of tolerance, this scale will not automatically discharge the material and release the bucket. It is necessary to press the manual discharge button to discharge the material and release the bucket.
