The narrow-hole automatic filling machine continuously feeds material into the weighing bucket through the narrow hole in the middle of the coarse feed filling gun. When the flow volume reaches the pre-set fine feed volume value, the weighing instrument compares the weight signal detected by the weighing module with the set weight. If the difference between the two is within the error range preset, it sends a signal to close the fine feed valve. The PLC outputs a signal to de-energize and reverse the fine feed solenoid valve, controlling the cylinder to close the fine feed filling gun. The weighing instrument then compares the detected weight signal with the set weight again. If the deviation from the measurement setting is within the range, the PLC controls the discharge solenoid valve to be energized, and the cylinder drives the material door to open, allowing the material to flow into the filling bucket.

The narrow-hole automatic Filling machine is equipped with a weighing and feedback system, which enables setting and fine-tuning of the filling volume. It also has a parameter memory function for different product specifications. On the touch screen, you can select the barrel type parameters and filling volume. The operation is simple and intuitive. At the same time, it displays the current time, operating status, cumulative output, and has functions such as alarm for machine faults and prompt handling solutions. It has interlock protection features. When there is a shortage of barrels, filling automatically stops. When the barrel is in place, filling automatically resumes. All valves and interface seals use polytetrafluoroethylene. The interfaces connected to the metal hoses must have a manual ball valve before the inlet pipe interface. All pipeline connections adopt quick-installation methods, making disassembly and cleaning quick. The equipment has a cleaning program. The contact parts with the materials and exposed parts are all made of high-quality stainless steel. The weighing filling machine can flexibly adopt various filling methods according to actual conditions. The management center communicates with the Filling system in real time. The scale automatically resets after weighing, and automatically cuts off when reaching the set weight. It has three filling modes: total, net, and standard; and two filling modes: automatic and manual. The filling machine automatically matches the barrel type function according to the current weight of the scale platform. 

The control system of the Liquid filling machine mainly consists of filling lifting cylinders, filling guns, conveyors, electronic scales, and PLC electromagnetic valve control boxes. The weighing module inputs the weight signal to the weighing instrument and compares it with the preset value near the zero point. If the value is less than or equal to this value and the proximity switch detects that the material gate is closed, the weighing instrument will send the input signals of coarse and fine feeding contacts to the PLC, enabling the coarse and fine feeding electromagnetic valves to be energized, respectively, and controlling the coarse and fine feeding cylinders to drive the feeding filling guns to open. The material flows into the weighing bucket. The weighing instrument starts to measure based on the weight signal detected by the weighing module. When the weight reaches the preset value of coarse feeding, the weighing instrument sends a coarse feeding closing signal, and the PLC outputs a signal to de-energize the coarse feeding electromagnetic valve and reverse the direction, controlling the cylinder to close the coarse feeding filling gun. Through the narrow middle hole on the coarse feeding filling gun, the material continues to be fed into the weighing bucket. When the flow volume reaches the preset value of fine feeding, the weighing instrument compares the weight signal detected by the weighing module with the set weight and subtracts the preset air volume value. If the deviation is within the error range, it sends a fine feeding closing signal, and the PLC outputs a signal to de-energize the fine feeding electromagnetic valve and reverse the direction, controlling the cylinder to close the fine feeding filling gun. The weighing instrument then compares the detected weight signal with the set weight again. If it is within the measurement setting error, the PLC enables the discharge electromagnetic valve to be energized, and the cylinder drives the material door to open, allowing the material to flow into the filling bucket. After a delay of 0.3 seconds, the PLC output end stops the output, causing the electromagnetic valve to de-energize and reverse the direction, and the cylinder drives the bucket clamping plate to release the bucket, ending the one-time weighing cycle. If the material in the weighing bucket is out of tolerance, this scale will not automatically discharge the material and release the bucket. It is necessary to press the manual discharge button to discharge the material and release the bucket.
