They are controlled by a PLC touch screen controller and mainly consist of a filling gun device, a PLC system control section, a Weighing system, a filling frame, and conveying equipment. They have an automatic metering adjustment function. Just input the desired filling volume on the touch screen, and the system can automatically convert; the high-quality high-speed precise conveyor belt automatically adjusts the speed according to different containers and production requirements, providing convenient intelligent conditions for the filling of liquid materials for your enterprise.

The automatic filling machine adopts either liquid-on-top filling or liquid-underneath filling. The filling gun device can move forward and backward and left and right to fill the liquid materials that are prone to foaming into multiple uncovered or perforated containers on the tray. During filling, simply move the filling gun to the exact upper position of the empty bucket's opening, press the "lock" button on the liquid filling scale, and the filling gun device will automatically lock and descend to the bottom of the bucket. Once the filling gun is in place, the system will automatically zero the weight, then start the automatic fast/slow filling. As the liquid level rises, the filling gun will automatically rise, always ensuring that the filling gun is below the liquid surface. After the filling is completed, the filling gun will automatically return to the initial position, move the filling gun to the next empty bucket's opening, press the "lock" button, and repeat this process to fill 4 buckets or 1 ICB bucket. Then, the machine will automatically remove the full bucket.

The filling valve for adding materials has two states: fast addition and slow addition. The control input module is mainly used to detect the input signals from the position sensors of the filling valves and discharge valves. First, detect the discharge valve sensor. If it is confirmed that the discharge valve is in the closed state, then materials can be added. During the addition process, first enter the fast addition mode. When the fast addition reaches the preset value, the piston valve of the filling machine outputs a control signal to make the filling valve enter the slow addition working state, and then perform slow addition. When the slow addition is completed, the output signal closes the filling valve, ending the addition, and detecting the position sensor of the filling valve. If it is confirmed that the filling valve is in the closed state, the discharge process ends and enters the next process.

The liquid filling machine's weighing system adopts two-section filling, that is, in the initial stage of filling materials, the fast filling of materials is 90% of the set value, and the remaining 10% is filled at a slow speed. This reduces the large overshoot and discharge error caused by rapid filling. The entire filling process is controlled by PLC, and compensation for the filling and weighing control process is carried out based on the difference between the actual value of the previous filling and the set value. The filling machine and the weighing material bucket determine the height of the space and the viscosity of the material, the inertia of the filling piston valve, and other factors. Accurately estimating the errors caused by these reasons can ensure that the final weighing result is within the given range, improving the filling accuracy. It solves the problem of large cumulative errors in the filling and weighing process, making the actual filling and weighing consistent with the set value, and making the actual weighing tend to the set value over time, and the longer the time, the closer the actual input amount is to the set value.

The filling machine selects a two-stage quantitative control, with the fast addition target volume and the slow addition target volume. When the weight of the fast addition reaches the set value, the fast addition process ends; the control of the filling valve changes to slow addition, entering the slow addition process. When the slow addition reaches the set value, the slow addition process ends, and the filling valve is closed. From the issuance of the command to close the filling valve to the closing of the filling valve, the filling port continues to add materials, resulting in a drop volume (that is, an advance volume). Therefore, the filling valve must be closed in advance to ensure more accurate addition.

The liquid filling machine is controlled by the frequency converter of the rotor pump, which tracks the weighing of the raw materials. The PLC control system for each filling operation calculates the upper set value and compensation value based on the target volume and the zero value of the container. The Filling system first sends a coarse feeding instruction to the filling gun, then the large discharge starts the discharging piston, and the raw materials enter the weighing container at high speed. When the Electronic scale reaches a certain value, the control system sends a fine feeding instruction to the filling valve. The rotor pump reduces the rotational speed by using the frequency converter to decrease the conveying amplitude of the motor. The raw materials enter the weighing container at low speed. The test signal of the electronic scale increases until it reaches the upper set value, at which point the control system closes the discharge piston.
