The materials flow into (or are supplied by a pump and conveyed through) the waiting filling tanks by themselves. The fast and slow filling is achieved through dual pipelines, and the filling flow can be adjusted. At the beginning of filling, both pipelines are opened simultaneously. When the filling reaches the preset quantity, the coarse pipeline is closed, and the fine pipeline continues to fill slowly until the set overall filling volume is reached. After the filling cylinder is filled, the pneumatic piston valve in the Weighing system fills the cylinder, and the weighing module simultaneously detects the target value for filling in the Filling system and quickly transmits this information to the terminal computer. After the PLC starts initialization, it waits for the touch screen command. Reading one piece of information from the queue, the filling control material cylinder is initiated, the rotor pump, circular pipeline, and the required filling material pipeline are controlled to supply to the control material cylinder, and the weighing module weighs and detects, then opens the corresponding valve, and transmits the signal through the frequency converter and buffer device into the control material cylinder. The electronic scale detects the weight of the control material cylinder and, when it reaches the specified value, closes the piston valve, and repeats the above process.
