The feeding scale uses slow feeding valves and fast feeding valves to add raw materials, aiming for high-speed and accurate results. It conducts input weighing, packaging and recording to achieve packaging management of material feeding. By receiving filling information, it converts the work order information into parameters for the automated equipment to execute, driving the equipment to control the filling process in batches according to the work order instructions.
020-34563445The feeding weighbridge uses Siemens PLC as the core control system, with analog modules for weight collection. The upper computer uses an integrated embedded touch screen to achieve functions such as status display, setting value input, and operation process monitoring. By collecting data from the electronic weighbridge, the liquid can be quantitatively filled. The filling volume needs to be measured and displayed in real time. The Filling system uses explosion-proof weighbridges and weighing instruments. To ensure the filling accuracy, an electromagnetic valve is added at the front end of the pump to ensure immediate connection and disconnection of liquid flow during start/stop. The pump is selected with parameters of 12VDC, a flow rate of 3.1L/min, and a maximum pressure of 0.48MPa. The intermediate relay is used as a conversion to control the electromagnetic valve and the pump. The manual/automatic switching is achieved through two selection buttons. Secondly, start and manual filling are realized through buttons.
The I/O allocation of the filling weigher requires 7 switch inputs and 1 analog input signal for real-time collection of filling quality, 2 switch outputs to control the operation of pumps and solenoid valves, and the PLC system has two working modes. It adopts the structure of calling subroutines by the main program to reduce scanning time, and handles the conversion of measurement values, stopping and emergency stop, etc. The upper computer uses configuration software for the design of the monitoring interface. This software can quickly construct and generate the upper computer monitoring system. Through data acquisition and processing on-site, it can display animations, handle alarms, control processes, output real-time curves, historical curves and reports in various ways. The electronic weigher displays the current filling quality and the number of filling barrels on the screen in real time. On the upper computer, corresponding operations can be performed. Through the interface, buttons for selecting filling methods, starting and stopping can be operated. It can change the filling quality, the number of barrels, and manually remove the skin weight (i.e., the filling bottle's weight) when using different filling barrels.
