The work flow of the feeding system begins with the weighing module collecting the status of raw materials. After receiving the data collected by the weighing module, it will be processed and analyzed to determine whether the current batching status meets the set requirements. The master control system matches the data based on the set ratio and capacity requirements, and updates the status information of the ingredients in real time during the process. If the state of a material exceeds the set requirements, the system automatically stops the dosing process. After data processing is completed, the main control system will automatically output the corresponding control command according to the current batching state. These commands are usually transmitted by signal to the actuator to complete the weight adjustment of the material or other operations. These instructions will be precisely adjusted based on the collected data and the set ingredient requirements. Throughout the dosing process, the system receives a continuous stream of sensor data and updates the dosing information in real time based on this data. If there is an anomaly in the dosing process, such as a slow flow rate of a material, the system will automatically adjust the corresponding control command to achieve a better dosing effect. This reverse feedback mechanism can help the system better adapt to changing ingredient requirements.
The Feeder is equipped with 8 kinds of raw materials of different quality in No. 1-8 distribution bin. The eight level devices above No. 1-8 are used to detect whether the raw materials in No. 1-8 distribution bin are sufficient. If the supply of raw materials reaches this position, the level device gives a signal to control the discharge valve of this bin to close and stop the discharge; At the same time, the eight material level devices under the bin are used to check whether there is a shortage of material in the N1-8 distribution bin. If the raw material supply reaches this position, the material level device gives a signal to control the discharge valve of the bin to open and start discharging. No. 1-8 screw feeder is responsible for sending the raw materials in each corresponding distribution bin to the proportioning scale according to the formula; The batching scale is measured by the weighing sensor in real time, after the required raw materials reach the weight, the gate of the batching scale door is controlled to open, and the gate of the batching machine door is closed after the raw materials are completely entered into the mixer according to the formula process. The mixer starts mixing raw materials, and stops after stirring for a certain time according to the requirements of the formulation process. The motor of the door opening mechanism of the mixer is turned, the gate of the mixer is opened, and the raw materials are sent to the next process.
