The pneumatic suction conveying device is composed of a pneumatic suction pump and a discharge spray-blowing assist device, which is responsible for forcefully and thoroughly blowing the materials to the designated process pipeline. All links of the entire system equipment are fully sealed, ensuring that there is no dust flying when the powder passes through, making the on-site use clean and environmentally friendly.

The analog signal is converted into A digital signal by the A/D converter and sent to the PLC control system to wait for relevant operations, processing, and the relevant results are stored on the touch screen. The PLC displays all the discretized signals of a certain period after relevant calculations and processing.

The powder materials are smoothly fed into the weighing feeding bin through the feeding device. The stable pre-feeding is maintained by the operation of the activated Feeding machine. The variable frequency speed regulation motor transmits power to the micro screw feeding equipment through the reducer and the main shaft, driving the micro screw to rotate. As the micro-screw rotates, the powder-filled material area moves to the discharge port and falls into the wind-powered suction pump. Driven by the conveyed air, it quickly reaches the lower-level process equipment. Meanwhile, based on the weight loss signals collected from the weighing bin, the feeding is corrected online in stages. The auxiliary cleaning device also starts working simultaneously to assist in cleaning the materials in the discharge area, ensuring the completeness of the discharge.
