Considering that the blanking speed is too slow will affect the production, so the system adopts the blanking mode of first fast and then slow. When the material weight in the weighing hopper is set for the weighing, the fast vibration of the electric vibrator is switched to the slow vibration to stop, which can accelerate the batching speed of the batching system. Finally, the weighing system first discharge material, when the material head is transmitted to the hopper of the previous weighing system, open the discharge port of the weighing system, and so on. At this time, the computer starts the motor of the hopper door to close the discharge port of each weighing system to prepare for the next batching.
