According to the actual usage conditions, the silo mixer sets positive or negative deviations for each reference point (no-load weight parameter) of the scale. Within the deviation range, assuming the scale is unloaded, the system can start weighing normally. When the formula is started in the Weighing system, the weighing of both large and small materials begins simultaneously. The weighing process is independent of each other. Under normal circumstances, blanking is composed of large and small material components. When the system automatically weighs, it will strictly follow the sequence set by the program in the system for weighing one by one. There is a delay interval of 5 to 10 seconds between the weighing of each component. The weighing process of each component starts at high speed first and then proceeds at low speed. When weighing, it is necessary to pre-set the cutting points for the high and low speed weighing conversion and the magnitudes of the high and low speeds in the menu parameters and program. After weighing each component of the raw materials, it is necessary to check whether the weighing accuracy (weighing error) is within the pre-set range. When the set range is exceeded, the small material scale will alarm and prompt the actual error value for emergency handling. When both large and small materials have been weighed, the scale body is discharged. After the material is discharged, the system will also automatically detect that the weight parameter of the scale body does not exceed the pre-set no-load weight parameter to confirm that all the material on the scale body has been discharged.

When the system is in manual mode, all weighing and unloading operations must be carried out manually step by step. Before weighing, the system does not detect the weight coefficient on the scale. When weighing, select the scale to be weighed in the menu, set the weight value to be weighed, and then choose the corresponding material trough (raw material). The weighing of this raw material is completed automatically. After weighing, the system will detect the actual weighed weight. If the weighing error exceeds the set range, the system will alarm and prompt the actual error value, allowing manual replenishment or unloading of excess materials. Under manual operation, each raw material is weighed according to this procedure. When all the materials have been weighed and it's time for discharging, the corresponding mixer must be selected and the menu activated to start discharging. After the discharge is completed, confirm that all the materials on the scale body have been discharged.
