The sorting belt scale is mainly used for placing products. The commonly used equipment and devices in the sorting machine distribution center generally consist of a classification device, a conveying device, and a sorting passage. During the operation of the entire automatic sorting system, all parts are connected through a computer network. Through automatic control with appropriate manual control, the product sorting work is completed. The main functions of each part device are as follows:

(1) Classification device: Its function is to receive the sorting instructions issued by the execution control device. When products with the same sorting instruction signal pass through the classification device, the classification device immediately places the product on another conveyor belt or directly into the sorting passage according to the sorting instructions.

(2) Conveying device: Its function is to convey the products to be sorted through the control device and the classification device to the two sides of the conveying device. Usually, the conveying device is connected to multiple sorting passages and is responsible for transporting the products to the classification device, allowing the sorted products to slide down the conveyor belt and proceed to the subsequent operations.

(3) Sorting passage: Through the sorting passage, the sorted products are conveyed down the conveyor belt and then into the platform passage of the collection area. The staff collects all the products on the collection platform, unites them, and stores them in the warehouse or departs for vehicle distribution.
