The programmable weighing module is equipped with a screw Feeder on the storage bin device. The feeding speed and quantity are controlled by the weighing module to the computer. Automatic feeding is carried out based on the initial setting value of the weighing module. When the feeding volume reaches the design value, the feeder automatically stops. The flow rate is controlled and monitored through connecting valves, and the weighing data is converted into current signals by the weighing instrument. The PLC collects the current signal size in real time and adjusts the flow switch in real time, aiming to achieve accurate feeding. The feeding quantity is controlled by the PLC. An Electronic scale device is installed under the feeder. Each feeding operation will perform data calculation. When the cumulative value reaches the design value, the data is fed back to the PLC, and the feeding is stopped.

The weighing module is composed of a programmable controller, solenoid valves, regulating valves, etc. The entire automatic control process of the Weighing system is realized by controlling the relevant motor switches, while the human-machine interface is a simulation process. All operations are completed on the computer, and any click can directly act on the actual electric valve. The most extensive switch quantity control is the start-stop control of the motor in the production system. The weighing module uses a programmable controller that integrates analog and switch quantities. This software completes the corresponding operations according to the requirements of the on-duty staff. The PLC control system outputs the current signal size to control the output frequency of the frequency converter, and ultimately adjusts the motor speed to control all production links related to the motor.

The weighing module controls the screw belt motor, allowing the motor to drive the screw to start rotating and feeding into the hopper scale. After setting the raw materials in the hopper scale to the corresponding weight, the screw control is carried out. The weighing module senses when the weight is reached and stops working, no longer transporting the raw materials. Using the discharge motor and the opening gate motor, the raw materials on the screw will be transported over, and the corresponding hopper scale gate will open and transport the materials to the lower screw bin. When the gate opens, the upper position switch will be automatically activated, and the switch will cut off the opening gate motor, causing the motor to stop working. The raw materials in the weighing module's storage bin will automatically fall until there is no raw materials on the scale. At this point, the feeding switch will be triggered, and the switch will turn off the opening gate motor, and the circuit will be connected, and the gate will close. When all the raw materials have been fully discharged, the gates will all close. After the gates close, the lower position switch will be triggered, and the switch will turn off the opening gate motor and connect the screw motor. The raw materials will be re-transported from the bin to the screw bin for the next round of feeding process.
