According to the principle of adaptive compensation, the weighing module completes the nonlinear error in the whole weighing range every time after collecting the weighing signal and preprocessing the data. Comparison of weighing output before and after adaptive nonlinear error compensation. Is the output before and after weighing compensation, in which "single RBFNN compensation" is the nonlinear error compensation within the full range by using a single RBFNN, and it is the nonlinear error output before and after weighing compensation.

When the weighing module is used, the technical and economic indicators such as its structural form and measurement characteristics should be correctly selected according to the selection principle to achieve the best performance-price ratio. After the weighing instrument is installed, it needs to be adjusted by sections and randomly. One of the main tasks is to adjust the load distribution of multiple weighing modules, that is, to adjust the stress consistency of sensors.

Weighing module converts mass (weight) into electricity, which is a mass (weight) measurement method. The output electric quantity signal and the input mass (weight) signal have a single-value linear correspondence, which has the required accuracy and high sensitivity, good frequency response characteristics and less inertia, has little influence on the state of the weighed object, and can work in poor environmental conditions; Good stability, reliability and long service life.

The adjustment of load distribution of weighing module is to reduce the influence of "static uncertainty" of multi-fulcrum balance of weighing platform by adjusting the force consistency of sensors, and ensure the stability of weighing platform support, so as to ensure that the center of gravity of weighing platform deviates without bearing capacity, and to ensure the accuracy of weighing instrument and relevant metering performance requirements.

The precondition of load adjustment of weighing module is mainly to check and adjust the installation quality of each component of weighing instrument, meet the technical requirements specified in technical documents such as technical standards, verification regulations and construction drawings, and put forward the necessary components and characteristics requirements. For the newly installed weighing instrument, all components should be thoroughly inspected.

In addition to meeting the performance indicators required by the weighing instrument, the selection of weighing sensors should try to use sensors with consistent output sensitivity and input impedance, and connect them correctly in the wiring compensation box. The wiring compensation box shall be installed near the weighing instrument in the metering room.

When the fully automatic mixer discharges the materials from the outlet through the driving and material conveying devices, the weight of the materials in the hopper of the feeder will decrease. At this time, the high-precision weighing module measures the weight of the materials in the hopper in real time and transmits the weight value to the control module in real time. The control module performs calculations and compares the amount of weight reduction within a unit time with the set feeding amount. It conducts PID regulation to control the output of the driving and weighing instrument, thereby controlling the rotational speed of the motor and keeping the set value consistent with the actual value, in order to achieve the purpose of precise feeding.

The hazardous waste weighing system provides a human-machine interface to complete functions such as inputting control information, data management, displaying data, storing, statistics, and generating reports. The industrial control computer inputs the weight of the ingredients through the host keyboard, and based on the ratio of raw materials, generates the weights of various materials. These weights are then transmitted to the PLC through communication. During the ingredient mixing process, real-time dynamic monitoring is carried out. The detection signals and other switch quantities sent by each slave machine and the control system are collected at regular intervals, and the weight signals of each material are collected in real time and compared with the given signals to determine the next control scheme. At the same time, the weight signals are transmitted to the upper computer.

The feeding system adopts Siemens PLC to control the automatic operation of all its interlocking devices (start-stop, interlocking, position switching and other operations), and the upper computer is programmed by Siemens WINCC configuration software. The whole configuration operation screen is embedded into the whole weighing system, and the operation of equipment start-stop operation, operation display, fault inquiry record and maintenance are carried out. The system has the characteristics of friendly interface, concise operation and reliable operation.
