The hopper screw scale can achieve continuous filling of containers and bottles on the rotating worktable. The rotating table has multiple stations, which can perform filling, sealing, and other processes. To ensure accurate filling and sealing at these stations, the Filling machine needs to be equipped with a positioning device. According to the control requirements of the filling and sealing stations, the empty bottle station is used for input, and the output station finally receives the filled containers. The empty containers are conveyed by a conveyor belt into a fixed worktable with less surface friction, and then rely on inertia to enter the groove of the rotating table station. After the rotating table rotates, it drives the container bottle into the station and stops rotating to perform filling. Then the rotating table rotates again, driving the filled container bottle into the station and stopping rotating to perform sealing.
