The paint Filling machine collects input signals through configuration king and PLC weight collection. After program processing, it sends control quantitative closing orders to the filling mechanism. It uses open fieldbus and industrial Ethernet to achieve on-site information collection and system communication. It adopts a modern software architecture to manage, process, archive and establish documents for the project.

The automatic filling machine adopts a metering Filling system based on mechatronics technology. It uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) and weighing instruments to form a measurement and control weighing filling machine to complete the production process of weighing, metering and filling of slices. The weighing filling machine, with PLC and weighing instrument as its core, is equipped with Weighing modules, pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, automatic control components and mechanical devices to achieve dynamic online weighing, measurement and filling of slices.

The control signal input/output interface is used to connect external signal input and control signal output. Three signals are sent from the PLC, namely tare weight removal, tare weight reset and data hold. Before each weighing, the tare weight is removed first. At this time, the net weight is immediately set to zero. After reaching the final weighing value, the data is maintained. After the material is discharged, the tare weight is reset again, that is, the tare operation is cancelled. At this time, the gross weight and net weight are the same value. This can ensure the net weight of each slice weighed. Five signals are sent to the PLC, namely close to zero, preset value, drop value, insufficient, excessive and upper limit.
