The filling system is mainly composed of filling management, metering and transmission control modules, which are connected to the central control management system through industrial Ethernet to obtain the filling request of the workshop filling system, optimize the scheduling, and send the feeding instruction to the metering and transmission control system. The explosion-proof liquid filling scale receives the low-pressure signal from the spray nozzle. After being amplified by the electronic scale, it outputs in two paths. One path serves as the input terminal for the PLC of the filling valve component one, and the other path is controlled by the weighing instrument to make the cylinder change its position, causing the directional valve to switch to the loading state. When the cylinder's rod chamber is filled with air and the small flow rate of filling reaches the required weight, the scale lever lifts again. The receiving nozzle then receives the control signal from the weighing instrument to make the directional valve switch to the discharging state, and the cylinder's upper chamber is pressurized. The filling valve is completely closed.

The explosion-proof filling scale mainly consists of a steel structure support platform, a scale body base, an electronic scale body, a horizontal moving frame, left and right guide rail lifting brackets, lifting linear slide rails, left and right lifting cylinders, front positioning mechanism, right positioning mechanism, stepper motor, transmission gear rack and pinion, material hose, filling head lifting cylinder, filling ball valve, pneumatic control box, positive pressure control cabinet, etc.

The explosion-proof batching weighbridge operates according to the pre-designed formula proportions, adding the materials in fixed quantities by weight. Each quantitative tank is equipped with an electronic weighbridge and a corresponding amplification circuit. The PLC is used to open the feeding valve or the auger. When the electronic scale measures that the added materials have reached the predetermined value, the feeding valve automatically closes. Each quantitative tank is controlled to discharge by the discharge valve, and each valve is equipped with a status detection signal input to the PLC to determine whether the action instruction given by the PLC has been executed.

The process of preventing leakage and conducting quantitative filling and packaging of the floor scale is divided into coarse feeding and fine feeding, and is executed in two sequential steps. Each set of floor scale structure performs two steps in sequence. Two sets of floor scale structures work in parallel, with each set of floor scale structure only performing two steps. The coarse quantitative floor scale structure is responsible for the first two steps, with a wider and faster material trough; the fine quantitative electronic scale structure is responsible for the last two steps, with a narrower and higher-precision material trough. While conducting "fine quantitative" batching, the next "coarse quantitative" process begins. The two sets of floor scales operate in a flow-like manner, which not only improves the filling speed but also ensures the quantitative accuracy.

The flow explosion-proof scale automatically controls the motor speed by collecting pulse signals through PLC, and uses the number of pulses to control the total volume of the liquid. The touch screen is connected to the serial port of the weighing instrument via an RS232 communication cable, exchanging data in real time to complete functions such as parameter setting of the equipment, flow display, operation control, historical data storage, and alarm information preservation.

In the explosion-proof conveying scale device, the digital signals from the scale and the speed signals from the speed sensor are separately sent to the weighing instrument, thereby directly obtaining the feeding quantity signals for various different materials. When materials are fed simultaneously at the feed inlet, the digital signals from the digital scale device and the speed signals from the speed sensor are respectively sent to the weighing instrument. The weighing instrument processes and calculates the three channels of digital scale (weight) signals and the speed pulse signals from the speed sensor, and through integration calculation, directly obtains the feeding quantities of different materials.

The explosion-proof volumetric scale can enable two or more different substances to be dispersed and mixed with each other, thereby achieving variable-frequency mixing and weighing. When the electronic scale is started for production, the PLC will send a dynamic measurement start signal to the weighing control instrument. The weighing instrument then begins to collect and display the weights of each stage, and adopts fast and slow opening in different weight stages. When the target value is reached, it outputs a stop measurement signal, which is controlled by the PLC to close the relevant valves, pumps, etc. above the scale. At the same time, the unloading action is completed, and the weighing control instrument automatically clears and resets the weight.
