The automatic double-scale hopper machine mainly consists of the feeding part, weighing part, loading part and conveying part. The feeding section is responsible for transporting the finished materials to be weighed by the conveying equipment. The weighing section uses A dual-metering electronic scale for finished product weighing. The A and B scale oscillators feed materials to the scale hoppers of the A and B scales to measure the weight of the materials.

Weighing module of sanitation truck is a weighing system product specially developed for online weighing of trash cans of sanitation garbage trucks, which is suitable for side-mounted compression and rear-mounted compression sanitation garbage trucks. The biggest feature of this product is that it can realize weighing in the process of garbage hanging and lifting, and can automatically accumulate the weight of garbage collected and the number of garbage bins.

The operation process of the double-bin scale is as follows: Firstly, the weighing instrument transmits the raw material formula data to the PLC. Then, the PLC controls the distribution of various raw materials through the top conveying equipment and the distributor into the corresponding storage bins. During the batching process, the screw feeder sequentially delivers the raw materials to the scale. Raw materials with a large proportion (>20%) are sent to the large-bin scale; while raw materials with a small proportion (5% - 20%) are sent to the small-bin scale for weighing. The weighing module detects the quantity of each material and transmits the signal to the weighing instrument to control the feeding of the screw feeder, thereby controlling the quantitative amount of each material.

The hydraulic cylinder scale uses four balanced hydraulic cylinders for downward force application. The four main lifting cylinders in the middle lift the sliding block at the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder. Due to the interference fit between the sliding block and the main structure of the scale, after lifting, it acts as a whole. Thus, the lateral gravity is transferred to the main structure, without damaging the weighing module components and the hydraulic cylinder. The side lifting cylinders are raised during weighing to allow the weighing module to bear the pressure and sense the weight value. When it is not necessary to weigh, the support leg cylinders are retracted to prevent the weighing module from bearing weight.

There are three types of automated mixing systems, namely, single tube center tube, multi-flow tube, and wall mounted. The wall mounted type is more commonly used, compared to the other two types of wall mounted granular material mixing and homogenizing silo mixing tube is closely connected to the silo wall, the central part does not need to be supported by a bracket and will not be deformed by stress, in addition to the granular material by gravity, the middle part of the fall speed is generally fast, wall mounted flow tube can greatly improve this problem. This feeding system is suitable for granular materials with good fluidity, for high mixing requirements, it is necessary to integrate the airflow type to the bottom of the silo 1/4 of the material back to the top of the material layer, so as to ensure that the quality of the entire silo product quality uniformity, and can also be connected to a number of blending silos to achieve uniformity of the entire product line.

The quantitative hopper scale is divided into three specifications - large, medium and small - according to the requirements to better control the accuracy and feeding frequency. The grain silo can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel based on cost and service life. The materials inside the silo are isolated from the outside air. Each silo has a door and is kept closed, reducing the contact between the materials and the outside air to avoid the influence of damp air on the materials. Barcode recognition for feeding prevents errors, and the original information used for batching can be traced to avoid material mixing. A single dust removal system is set at the top of the silo. Customers can choose either a single dust removal system at the top of the silo or a unified dust removal system through pipelines according to their needs, reducing material loss. All materials are fed using a horizontal screw variable-speed feeding method.

Under the condition of not affecting the weighing, the stacker can quickly detect the overweight goods, and guide the overweight goods to receive further review and processing through the matching electronic display board, weighing instrument and signs, so as to realize the non-stop over-limit detection without affecting the normal weighing data storage, and prompt the re-inspection only after the pre-inspection, thus realizing the integration of detection and weighing.
