The weighing terminal usually provides certain input and output control functions for the on-site actuator, while the weighing controller generally provides weight data and other information to the upper-level feeding system in a specific form. When measuring, the weights should be accumulated according to the preset gradation, and the measurement sequence should be from large particles to fine particles in sequence.

When the batching machine starts and its initial state is normal, it will automatically start the exhaust fan, blower, drying drum, etc. in the order of starting load from large to small. When the batching machine stops and the exhaust temperature meets the requirements, each moving mechanism shall be stopped in sequence according to the reverse start-up order and the delay value set by the timer.

When the batching machine starts production, the visual control process of ignition must ensure the heating temperature of the particles. After pressing the ignition button, the control system automatically detects the ignition status and the temperature of the exhaust port, and determines the feeding time of the particles. When the temperature at the exhaust port reaches the preset feeding temperature, the granular Feeder starts to work, feeding the material to the conveying flat screw, and then the material is conveyed to the drying drum through the inclined screw for heating.
