The weighing and feeding system is composed of wireless networking load cell, microprocessor control module, driving motor, metering system and actuator modules, and its working process mainly includes several steps of weighing, measuring, mixing and unloading.

First of all, the material enters the hopper through manual or automatic loading device. Then, according to the preset dosage and mixing ratio, the accurate measuring system measures the required raw material weight from different materials, and controls the switching and toggling of the raw material bucket through the change mechanism, thus controlling the adjustment of the formula ratio and the measuring accuracy of the actual dosage. In the process of material feeding, since the density of materials is different, it is necessary to set the respective number of electronic scale blocks for different materials in the weighing process to realize accurate measurement.

According to the recipe setting, the system automatically starts the motor, according to the established process parameters, using the mixer for mixing, mixing time and speed generally according to different material characteristics, specifications, adhesion and subsequent processing process requirements, to set different parameters. When the mixing time arrives, the system automatically discharges the mixed materials through the discharge port to continue the production process of the next batch of materials.

Automatic batching consists of six main parts:

①Control part: the upper computer adopts industrial control microcomputer, with Mitsubishi or Siemens series PLC communication module and switching input/output module, as well as manual/automatic control switch, hand-control buttons and indicators, etc. are all installed in an integrated control cabinet, which is convenient for operation;

② software part: according to the basic requirements of the dosage system, the user's actual needs combined with tailor-made;

③Weighing part: adopting high-precision weighing module, combined with weighing instrument combination;

④Feeding part: pneumatic valve control and screw frequency conversion are adopted for feeding and discharging control;

⑤ Mixing part: configure relevant mixing equipments according to material mixing and customer requirements;

(6) Conveying part: adopt screw feeding method or pneumatic method to feed the materials to the designated position.

Workflow:

The weighing hopper is equipped with metering module and connected to the industrial control machine. The system is designed to manually check the zero position of each set of weighing hopper during shutdown to monitor whether the zero position of the weighing hopper is normal or not, and automatically check the zero position during continuous dosage operation to correct the zero position change of the weighing hopper and ensure the accuracy of measurement.

After the operator clicks on the start of the batching process, the PLC controls the pneumatic valve and screw of the material A to open, and the material is added into the weighing hopper, and the computer monitors the signals transmitted by the weighing and measuring sensor in real time and compares them with the target value set by the formula, and the output of the PLC control is disconnected after the target value of the formula is reached, and the pneumatic valve and screw of the material A to close, and the total amount of material added into the weighing hopper and the material to be stabilized will be measured. After stabilization, measure the total weight of the hopper and the added material, and take this value as the zero position before the second material is added. When the dosing process is finished and all pre-set discharge conditions are met, the discharge process starts. The discharge pneumatic valve opens and the mixture flows out naturally under the action of gravity. The system monitors in real time the signals transmitted by the weighing hopper metering sensor, and when it detects that the total weight of the weighing hopper has returned to the initial zero position, the discharge valve closes, the discharge process ends, and the mixing process begins. The operator can pre-set the opening sequence of each feeding. The system can record the tank number in the transportation type, the actual dosing amount of each raw material, the deviation from the target value set in the formula, the dosing start and stop time and dosing time, as well as the discharging start and stop time and discharging time and other operating data. Through the upper computer application program, you can query and print the raw data and statistical reports of the system operation.
