The load-bearing and force-transmitting mechanism platform of the ground scale is grounded and connected to the grounding device through equipotential connection. The grounding device of the entire ground scale system is laid 1.5 meters away from the exterior wall of the scale room and buried at a depth of 2.5 meters. The specification is 50x50x hot-dip galvanized angle steel, with a spacing of 5 meters. The horizontal grounding device is a 16-round horizontal grounding electrode. In fact, only two vertical grounding steel bars are exposed on the ground surface and serve the purpose of grounding.

The weighing hopper utilizes PLC interlocking technology to ensure the smooth progress of dosage. After the batching starts, the industrial control machine sends a signal to PLC to start adding materials, PLC controls the frequency converter to drive the motor to add materials quickly, the industrial control host continuously reads the weighing data of the weighing instrument through the serial port, when the weight value is close to the set value, the industrial control host sends the control instruction to PLC to stop adding materials, PLC controls the frequency converter to add materials slowly, by estimating the residue of raw materials on the conveyor in advance, the difference between the set value and the actual added material and the difference between the set value and the actual added material will be displayed in real time, which is the same with the actual added material. By estimating the residual value of raw materials on the conveyor in advance, when the difference between the set value and the actual feeding and the residual value of raw materials on the conveyor are comparable, PLC will issue a stop command, which will be executed by the frequency converter, thus controlling the motor to stop, and after stopping, there is no residual value of raw materials on the conveyor, and the accuracy of the dosing is in accordance with the requirements.

The automatic blanking system sends a signal to the cylinder through the PLC to drive the ball valve to work, the weighing bucket is opened, and the unloading begins to the packaging bucket on the reactor mechanism. When the value of the weighing module does not stay at a certain value, the PLC sends a signal to the cassette mechanism to start packing, and then sends a signal to the cylinder, the weighing bucket is closed, the PCL sends a signal to the cylinder to drive the ball valve, the storage hopper is opened to start unloading, and the valve automatically stops unloading when the target weight is reached.

The weighing and feeding system adopts A bench type three-dimensional structure. When feeding, the PLC controls the piston rod of the cylinder to shrink and drive the baffle switch at the bottom of the hopper to open. When the raw material falls on the screw, the weighing sensor installed under the screw equipment converts the detected weight signal into an electrical signal which is amplified by the operational amplifier and transferred to the A/D conversion module to convert it into a digital signal. When the signal reaches the preset parameters, the PLC controls the piston rod elongation of the cylinder, so that the bottom baffle switch of the hopper is closed and the blanking is stopped.

The dosage scale consists of an industrial computer, a PLC, an industrial weighing instrument, a frequency converter, a vibration motor, a mixing machine, a sensor, a conveyor belt and other components. PLC provides human-computer interaction interface, completes the functions of control information input, data management, data display, storage, statistics and reports, etc. According to the operator's instruction, it reads a certain numbered recipe, and then according to the proportion and sequence of ingredients in the recipe, PLC sends out the instruction to start the batching, which makes PLC able to start a specific frequency converter.

The mixed electronic scale includes an electronic scale, an air valve, a screw feeder, a buffer hopper, a mixing machine and a buffer bin. At the lower outlet of the electronic scale, there is an air valve, and through the corresponding screw feeder, a conveying path is formed to connect with the corresponding buffer hopper. The outlets of the two buffer hoppers correspond to the feed inlet of the mixing machine, and the lower end of the mixing machine is a buffer bin. According to the formula, several different materials are automatically weighed and mixed as required, and the given values of each material are corrected by the initial "advance quantity".

Measurement Weighing reactor refers to the built-in at least one dedicated embedded microprocessor, and has digital calculation, digital communication weighing, temperature control, liquid level control and other control forms. It is composed of hardware and software, programming technology, fieldbus access and embedded operating system, and other aspects of the application of ingredients to further expand the function, so that ingredients not only have automatic measurement, data processing and simulation of artificial intelligence functions, but also have remote measurement, remote download software upgrade, configuration and hardware reconstruction functions.

Weighing control system in enterprises often encounter liquid ingredients, mixed according to a certain proportion of the ingredients weighing control. The weight detection is controlled by the pressure weighing module, the output voltage range is between 0 and 21.6mV, the output resistance is controlled at 351 by the A/D conversion mode, and the signal required by the batchings is amplified 50 times by the AD623 chip. The design of the data conversion function module is to convert the data calculated by PLC through the inverter and control the speed of the blanking motor. The parameter module converts the relevant power, current and efficiency data through 485 interface when the motor is running, and transmits it to the host computer and PLC system.

The batching system adopts the master-slave structure, with the industrial computer as the upper host and Siemens PLC, frequency converter and weighing instrument as the lower slave. The host is in the dominant position to realize the communication management and control of each slave computer. The RS-232 asynchronous communication interface of the industrial computer is connected to the PLC after the level conversion, forming a physical channel for the communication between the upper and lower computers. Another RS-232 port of the host is connected to the communication port of the weighing instrument to form a second physical channel.
