The weighing hopper system measures through the weighing module, and compares the measured value with a given value (the given value is determined by the ratio of material A and material B) and the measured value, and then transmits the result of the comparison to the PLC's A/D analog module, and then transmits the control signal (4-20mA current signal) through the PLC's D/A analog module to the electric regulating valve, and then controls the servo motor in the electric regulating valve to open the electric regulating valve to control the size of material B inlet. The control signal will control the servo motor in the electric control valve to adjust the opening degree of the electric control valve, so as to achieve the control of the feeding size of material B.

A checkweigher is a belt conveyor with a weighing platform that is itself a small, independent conveyor, and is known to weigh items at the moment they pass through the conveyor. With three-in-one motorized pulley (i.e. motor, reducer and pulley integrated), the weighing characteristic conforms to the normal distribution curve, the same product measured many times will have different values which will be distributed in the intervals of this normal distribution curve, and the upper and lower limits of the rejection are set to be smaller than the upper and lower limit intervals of the user's request for rejection. It consists of a conveyor and a weighing device. There are various types of conveyors such as belt, chain or roller. The size of the conveyor depends on the size of the object to be weighed.

The photoelectric separator adopts the principle of electronic weighing. Within one data acquisition cycle, the weight of the drum is weighed first, then the weight of the drum plus the material is weighed. The actual weight of the material block is obtained by subtracting the two. When the sorting machine starts up, the electronic scale turns on, and the DC motor drives the drum to rotate. The discharge door closes, and the electronic scale displays the stable value in the no-load running state, that is, the weight of the drum. When the material block falls from the upper slide way, the switch responds, the discharge door opens, and the material block falls into the material trough of the drum. The reading on the electronic scale gradually stabilizes as the drum rotates, and the stable value after feeding is obtained, that is, the weight of the drum plus the material block.

The Loss mixing scale is mainly composed of three parts: electrical automation, collection equipment, weighing instrument and variable execution equipment. Each weighing instrument executes the corresponding control algorithm to get the control amount. The weighing mixture consists of reaction tank, mixing equipment, conveying equipment and control system. Different liquids and deposited powders are distributed and mixed, distributed to intermittent or continuous weighing batching tanks. The compound control strategy of weight ratio feedforward control and flow current cascade control is adopted.

Detection machine can accurately detect the weight of unqualified products in the continuous production line, according to its implementation of on-line judgment or weight automatic sorting control, qualified to return to the original conveyor belt, unqualified will be rejected (or alarm shutdown), and has the classification and statistics according to the settings. The hardware of the weighing system mainly consists of computer, signal detection part, signal conditioning circuit, data acquisition card part, control part and actuator part.

The inspection machine selects the continuous dynamic automatic weighing method to check the net weight of the objects, with alarm or fully automatic removal organization, thus achieving the net weight inspection without shutting down the machine on the production line. It is suitable for the discharge of bags and cartons. When the raw material is transferred to the middle of the weighing platform, the working pressure is applied to the load cell, which deforms and changes the characteristic impedance, outputting an altered pulse signal. This signal is amplified by an operational amplifier and output to a converter, which converts it into a convenient analog signal output to a microcontroller for calculation and manipulation. Based on key commands and its optimization algorithms, such results are exported to the display, which shows information about the net weight of the information object.

The detector enters the sorting scale at a neat and equal distance through the introduction conveyor, and when it passes the photoelectric sensor located at the front of the sorting scale, the sorting scale begins to measure the product. In the process of the product passing through the metering conveyor, the weighing component (weight sensor) completes the measurement of the product and displays the data to the operation department. The computer automatically compares the displayed measurement data with the pre-set standard weight value, upper and lower limits, and carries out the identification and sorting of overweight and light defective products.

In order to make sure that only one product passes through the weighing table during the working process, so the speed of the feeding conveyor is jointly decided according to the spacing of the products and the required speed. During the weighing process, when the product to be inspected passed by the assembly line enters the weighing conveyor, the system recognizes the product to be inspected as entering the weighing zone according to the external signal. By means of the running speed of the weighing conveyor and the length of the conveyor, or the level signal, the system determines the time when the product leaves the weighing conveyor. From the time the product enters the weighing platform to the time it leaves the platform, the load cell transmits the detected weight signal to the controller, which selects the signal from the signal stabilization area for processing to obtain the weight of the product.
