During the material falling process of the buffer electronic floor scale, the force acting on the hopper can be decomposed into the weight of the material inside the hopper and the impact force of the material flow. The weight of the material is a linear function of time. When the flow integral reaches the weight set value, the motor is turned off. Due to the effect of the overimpact, the flow significantly decreases to zero. When the weighing sensor detects that the material hopper is short of material, The feeding screw motor starts and operates.

The Internet of Things electronic floor scale adopts precise weighing, measurement, data collection, communication, automatic generation of database, automatic generation of label information and inkjet code information, and real-time display of production data, etc. The tilt Angle signal, current velocity, acceleration and total weight are selected as the inputs of the RBF neural network, and the total weight is used as the output value to automatically control the weight range of quantitative batching.

The conveyor belt electronic scale continuously or discretely weighs the materials passing through the weighing platform of the conveyor belt, and performs real-time weighing according to different requirements. It also displays, stores, and implements necessary control. The weighing system integrates several electronic scales with a computer for centralized control. All information is monitored by the upper-level management computer through the communication network, achieving optimal control.

The cooling electronic scale is installed on the cooling tower support. The divider will transfer the high-temperature materials from the conveying belt and scrape the materials down into the cooling tower. The materials are transported vertically from top to bottom through the gap channels between the stainless steel heat transfer plates in a dense-phase manner. During the cooling process, the cooling water circulates within the heat transfer plates. The flow directions of the materials and the cooling medium are in counter-current, which can achieve a higher heat transfer efficiency, thereby reducing the temperature of the cooled materials. After cooling, the materials are weighed and then lifted by the bucket elevator and re-sent to the material conveying belt for further transportation, and then sent to the subsequent process section for measurement.

High-temperature electronic crane scales utilize the load cell of the thermal state ring to adapt to high temperatures above 1,000 degrees Celsius, and there will be a high-temperature heat insulation board under the crane scale instrument, and the heat insulation board is a prerequisite for high-temperature resistance. Thermal insulation material is added to the casing of the scale. This isolates all the remaining heat through the insulation board. This ensures that the high-temperature-resistant hook scales work at temperatures of up to 1800 degrees Celsius.

Electronic crane scale's hanging ring hangs on the crane's hook, when the electronic crane scale's hook hangs on the item, the sensor in the scale body is deformed by the tension, and the current inside the sensor changes, and then this change of current is converted by the A/D, and then through the transmitter to send out the radio signals, according to the regulations of the State Radio Regulatory Commission, the electronic crane scale is generally used 230MHZ and 450MHZ. According to the regulations of the State Radio Management Committee, the electronic crane scale is generally used 230MHZ and 450MHZ to send out, and the receiver receives the signal and transmits it to the meter, and then it is converted and calculated by the meter and finally displayed.

The electronic crane scale is composed of load cell amplification circuit, AD conversion circuit, microcontroller circuit, display circuit, keyboard circuit, communication interface circuit, voltage stabilized power supply circuit and other circuits. The weight of the object through the hook on the sensor, the sensor is converted into a corresponding analog voltage signal sent to the data acquisition board through amplification, filtering, A/D into a corresponding digital signal, and then processed by the instrument's data processing board to obtain the corresponding weight data, by the display to show the number of the display is directly embedded in the crane scales on the scale body.

Wireless electronic crane scale is a relatively advanced crane scale which transmits the weighing data to the ground display by radio, which greatly facilitates the use of electronic crane scale, and at the same time, it can easily print, store, and transmit the weighing results to the computer or big screen. It mainly includes wireless instrument, upper hanging ring, lower hook, receiving and transmitting protective seat, receiving and transmitting device, AD box, AD converter, sensor, antenna, battery and other main components. It fundamentally realizes the separation of weighing body and display, and transmits the data after weighing body load bearing to the display through radio, which is convenient for printing and storing data.

The wireless crane scale is the ideal measuring instrument for weighing suspended goods, with LED display, all-steel construction shell, good anti-electromagnetic interference performance, and can be used directly on electromagnetic suction cups. Excellent dynamic performance, even under strong shaking can quickly obtain stable and accurate weighing results.
