0Introduction

Aluminum foil sealing machine is the use of the principle of weighing induction, the aluminum foil on the mouth of the barrel instantaneous generation of high heat, and then fused to the mouth of the barrel, so that it can achieve the function of sealing, which is used in the aluminum foil used by the barrel cap suppliers beforehand with adhesive in the cap, in the sealing process placed in the mouth of the barrel, but in the actual production of filling process due to certain reasons, some of the aluminum foil in the barrel cap will be off before sealing the cap, resulting in sealing the cap with no wrong foil, can not achieve the effect of encapsulation, in the transport of the 4L lubricants, such as Kunlun Tianlun also use this means of sealing. The effect of encapsulation could not be achieved, which caused oil leakage during transportation. The original 4L metering filling machine production line of Dalian Lubricant Factory did not have an automatic rejection device, but only detected the aluminum foil while sealing, and sounded an alarm when the aluminum foil was missing, reminding the operator to manually remove the filled drum. However, since the production speed of our filling line is up to 3600 barrels/hour, manual removal in actual production not only poses a safety hazard, but also often results in the interruption of production or failure to remove the barrels without aluminum foil in time, resulting in the filling barrels without aluminum foil entering into the packing box, which has brought a series of negative impacts to our company, including:

② affect the quality of lubricant packaging appearance;

② affect the continuity and productivity of lubricant filling production;

③Cause the waste of oil products;

④ affect the lubricant shipment, storage, sales and reputation of Kunlun brand.

Therefore, in this high-speed, continuous automated production line can be detected on the barrel without aluminum foil timely rejection is particularly important. For this reason, the rejection device for non-aluminum foil filling barrels is designed and installed on the conveyor belt between the weighing induction aluminum foil sealing machine and the carton loading machine, which effectively solves the problem, ensures the tightness of sealing, improves the production efficiency, and is of great practicality and use value.

1 Comparison of process flow before design and after design

1.2 The process flow of lubricating oil filling after designing

After filling and capping by the automatic filling machine, the 4L finished pail enters the weighing and sensing area of the aluminum foil sealing machine for aluminum foil sealing, and after coming out of the pail, the aluminum foil detecting sensor detects whether there is aluminum foil in the cap or not, when aluminum foil is detected, there is no alarm on the machine, the rejecting cylinder does not move, and the finished product after aluminum foil sealing enters the next process for case packing. When the aluminum foil detection sensor detects no aluminum foil, the machine alarms, the barrel detection sensor detects the barrel, the rejection cylinder moves and pushes the barrel to the rejection barrel storage area, at this time, if there is no operator, the barrel with no aluminum foil will not continue to enter the crating area for crating.

2 Design Principle

2.1 Working principle

After the filling barrel passes through the weighing and sensing aluminum foil sealing machine, when the aluminum foil detection sensor detects aluminum foil, the rejection cylinder does not move, and the barrel passes smoothly into the next process of carton loading; when no aluminum foil is detected, the machine carries out an audible alarm, and when the barrel detection sensor detects the barrel, it activates the weighing valve of the rejection cylinder, so that the rejection cylinder moves, pushes the barrel into the storage of the rejection barrel, and then the rejection cylinder is reset.
