The floor-mounted filling scale adopts two-step material control, which means that the material is controlled at a high speed for 90% and then at a low speed for the remaining 10%. The entire material control and filling process is controlled by PLC. Based on the difference between the final value of the last material control and the set value, the current material control value is compensated. According to the characteristics of the repeated weighing quantity of a certain material in this technology, past weighing error data can be used to compensate for the estimation of future space material quantity, keeping the error within the smallest range of fluctuation.

The pit-type loading scale realizes the process of centralized display and program control signal feedback for on-site measurement signals of process parameters, and the execution of the production process temperature and pressure control and regulation through this process. It adopts the feeding weighing control method. Before feeding the liquid material, the required amount is set, then press the start button, the valve opens automatically, the pump starts automatically to transport the liquid material. When the liquid material reaches the set value, the liquid material pump automatically stops, and the automatic control valve automatically closes. The entire liquid material transportation process is completed automatically.

The weight filling production line mainly adopts the weight quantitative method, and realizes the liquid quantitative filling by collecting the data of the weight module. The filling quantity is measured and displayed in real time. The weighing module and weighing instrument are adopted. The intermediate relay is used as the conversion to control the solenoid valve and pump. Calculate the actual standard filling value according to the weight of each empty drum, and calculate the saved value of the converted value to ensure the accuracy of adjusting the blanking error.

The explosion-proof variable-frequency scale combines the functions of electronic scale weighing, bucket disinfection, bucket transportation, quantitative filling, lid delivery and lidding. The large disc with continuous rotary operation controlled by the frequency converter uses the bucket positioning technology to achieve the feeding of controlled buckets. The ground-based weighing system consists of a storage hopper, a filling gun device, an electronic scale, a power conveying device, a verification scale, a control cabinet, and a PLC control system. The electronic scale transmits the raw material weighing data to the PLC, which then controls the process. The raw materials are distributed from the hopper on the top of the storage bin and the distributor into the material buckets on the corresponding weighing scales. The rotor pump feeder delivers the raw materials to the buckets, and transmits the signals to the weighing instrument to control the feeding of the filling gun, thereby controlling the quantitative amount of each material.

The pit-type filling scale uses an air cylinder to drive a piston to draw and discharge the material. The material flow is controlled by a one-way valve. The stroke of the air cylinder is adjusted by a magnetic reed switch to regulate the filling volume. The electronic scale is connected to the weighing instrument via a data line. During the filling process, the pressure signal from the electronic scale is continuously transmitted to the weighing instrument. When the preset quantitative weight is reached, the instrument controls to stop the pump and close the pneumatic valve.

The filling production line mainly completes the functions of data acquisition, transmission, processing and device control, receives the ID data sent by the card reader according to a certain data convention format, uploads the ID data to the database of the supreme machine, and provides the database for query and comparison.

The drum-type filling scale is an automatic filling machine that automatically and precisely fills liquid main materials and auxiliary materials.
