The conveyor belt electronic scale is composed of a weighing module, a motor, a frequency converter and a control system. The conveyor belt and the belt conveyor are both driven by frequency conversion motors. The conveyor belt operates continuously, and a lever device is installed under the belt. When the materials on the belt pass over the bearing surface of the lever device, they will exert a certain pressure on the bearing surface. This pressure is transmitted to the weighing sensor through the lever device, and the control device amplifies and processes the weight pressure signal sensed by the weighing sensor and displays it in digital form.

The electronic speed control scale uses an electronic control device to achieve dynamic quantitative weighing of powder and granular materials. When the auger motor is started, the powder and granular materials in the corresponding silo will rotate with the rotating mechanism of the spiral feeding device and enter the hopper. There are three strain-type weighing modules installed between the hopper and the weighing frame. The weight of the hopper is directly converted into an electrical signal by the weighing sensor group and sent to the electronic control device. When the set weight value is reached, the auger motor is turned off to stop feeding, and the hopper door is opened to discharge the material, thus completing a dynamic weighing and feeding process.

The Distribution automatic feeding system realizes a historical record of all measurement points on the basis of real-time trends. Once you need to trace the past data information, open the historical trend page, click the right mouse button on the blank space below, and in the pop-up dialog box, you can select any curve you want. Through the "Set Parameters" button on the Historical Trend page, the curve can be displayed according to the time period specified by the user. Meanwhile, the events occurred during the operation can be displayed in real time and queried in the history alarm page, the query content includes: time, date and time of alarm occurrence, alarm limit value, alarm recovery time, operation user, alarm variable name, etc.

The weighing crusher takes the hopper scale and the screw feeding mechanism as the entire scale body. Through the weighing instrument or PLC, the weight signal of the scale body is continuously sampled, and the change rate of weight per unit time is calculated as the instantaneous flow rate. Then, through various software and hardware filtering technologies, the "actual flow rate" that can be used as the control object is obtained. Then, the PLC performs control operations to approach the target flow rate through the PID feedback algorithm and outputs regulating signals to control the frequency converter and other feeder controllers.

The electronic scale of the oil drum handling vehicle adopts a clever combination of movement and electronic scale weighing. It can be weighed during handling or unloading. It is composed of a hydraulic handling mechanism and weighing components. The electric hydraulic scale platform can rise and fall, and the vehicle can be moved horizontally by manual push. Improve the professional production level of oil drum vehicle handling and measurement, expand the production scale of enterprises, and enhance the overall survival ability and competitiveness.

The hopper screw scale is composed of an upper computer, PLC, instruments and a frequency converter. The PLC adopts Siemens S7-300 and exchanges data with the upper computer via industrial Ethernet. The detection instruments and actuating elements are directly connected to the I/ O module of the PLC. The entire line is controlled by PLC programs. Programming uses ladder diagrams and is uniformly programmed in combination with the external characteristics of the controlled electrical system to achieve sequential control, logical control, interlocking and interlocking. Manual and automatic operation modes can be switched.

The weighing sensor uses the compensation network based on radial basis function neural network to complete the nonlinear error compensation of the sensor; In the lower limit region, a digital filter is used to complete the nonlinear error compensation. In the middle area, the weighing sensor does not compensate, and at the same time, the selection of subsection compensation is completed by using the adaptive selection network. The piecewise compensation model of nonlinear error is established to obtain good compensation effect.

Weighing sensor is a kind of mass (weight) measurement method that converts mass (weight) into electricity through the stressed structure. The output electric quantity signal and the input quality (weight) signal have a single value linear correspondence; It has the required accuracy and high sensitivity; It has good frequency response characteristics and less inertia; Little influence on the state of the weighed object; Able to work in poor environmental conditions; Good stability, reliability and long service life.

The Instruction Dosing System utilizes PLC as the central control area to complete the whole process of weighing and feeding. The PLC central control area sends out a signal to start the corresponding solenoid valve to inject the liquid into the reaction kettle, and at the same time, the weighing module starts to work. When the amount of liquid in the reaction kettle increases to the same value as the weight set by the quantitative setting finger, the central control area receives the action signal from the weighing module, and immediately closes the solenoid valve for adding liquid and stops adding liquid. Automatically start the stirring switch, the control area sends out the instruction to start the corresponding solenoid valve of the mixer and the timer set by the program starts to time, the mixer stirs the solution evenly; when the timer time reaches the set value, the control area sends out the instruction to close the solenoid valve and stops the stirring.
