The process of preventing leakage and conducting quantitative filling and packaging of the floor scale is divided into coarse feeding and fine feeding, and is executed in two sequential steps. Each set of floor scale structure performs two steps in sequence. Two sets of floor scale structures work in parallel, with each set of floor scale structure only performing two steps. The coarse quantitative floor scale structure is responsible for the first two steps, with a wider and faster material trough; the fine quantitative electronic scale structure is responsible for the last two steps, with a narrower and higher-precision material trough. While conducting "fine quantitative" batching, the next "coarse quantitative" process begins. The two sets of floor scales operate in a flow-like manner, which not only improves the filling speed but also ensures the quantitative accuracy.

The ground balance lifting floor scale is equipped with several weighing sensors at the bottom of the platform. The electromagnetic eddy current generated on the upright column of the bucket elevator acts in opposition to the original magnetic field of the sensors, changing the impedance of the coil in the sensor. The change in impedance is converted into a pulse signal and sent to the pulse counting card of the computer for counting. After analysis by the computer program, commands are sent to the loading mechanism. The main control computer of the lifting system sends information such as production volume, lifting frequency, and lifting weighing status to the relevant area network of the mine at regular intervals.

The flow explosion-proof scale automatically controls the motor speed by collecting pulse signals through PLC, and uses the number of pulses to control the total volume of the liquid. The touch screen is connected to the serial port of the weighing instrument via an RS232 communication cable, exchanging data in real time to complete functions such as parameter setting of the equipment, flow display, operation control, historical data storage, and alarm information preservation.

The underground track scale transmits the weight from the scale body to eight weighing sensors. When a vehicle enters the track scale, each section of the vehicle and its cargo will convert the weight they bear proportionally into an electrical signal and input it into the weighing controller for amplification, filtering and A conversion. The converted digital signal, after being processed by the CPU, is displayed on the display window of the weighing display controller. If a microcomputer and a printer are connected to the system, the net weight, gross weight, and tare weight of the entire train (or individual section) can be statistically processed and the results can be printed out.

In the explosion-proof conveying scale device, the digital signals from the scale and the speed signals from the speed sensor are separately sent to the weighing instrument, thereby directly obtaining the feeding quantity signals for various different materials. When materials are fed simultaneously at the feed inlet, the digital signals from the digital scale device and the speed signals from the speed sensor are respectively sent to the weighing instrument. The weighing instrument processes and calculates the three channels of digital scale (weight) signals and the speed pulse signals from the speed sensor, and through integration calculation, directly obtains the feeding quantities of different materials.

The weighing platform for livestock at the ground level is equipped with rollers at the bottom corners of the enclosure. Place the electronic weighing platform beneath the base plate, so that the center of gravity of the base plate falls on the scale of the electronic weighing platform. Turn on the weighing platform, remove the load and reset to zero. Next, close the gate at the exit, let the livestock enter the cage from the entrance, move the position of the slots set in front and behind the livestock according to the body length of the livestock, so that the livestock is in the center of the base plate, and then read the weight of the livestock on the display screen of the weighing platform. Finally, open the slots and the gate at the exit of the weighing platform, drive the livestock out of the enclosure, and then close the gate at the front, to weigh the next livestock.

The ground scale discharge platform uses four-channel weighing sensors to generate physical strain. The signal bridge outputs a millivolt-level electrical signal proportional to the weight signal. The signals are then aggregated and enter the on-site weighing instrument. After amplification, filtering and other processing, they are transmitted to the weighing system computer through the RS232 communication port. The computer collects the signals multiple times within a short period of time, analyzes and calculates to determine whether the signal is stable within the maximum allowable error range. Based on the conditions of speed and accuracy, it automatically selects the value and saves the weight and time to the database file. After the operation is successful, the weighing signal is sent for storage. The weighing process is completed.

The ground scale vehicle body weighing platform support device mainly consists of four parts: the moving support and the fixed support. The moving support is mainly composed of the scale installation base, the support detection device, and the connecting crossbeam. The four planes where the load cells are installed are machined with T-shaped grooves and roller guiding grooves, which are used for alignment and installation of the connecting crossbeam, as well as serving as the track for the movement of the crossbeam. The connecting crossbeam is used to connect the corresponding four support detection devices. Each side of the connecting crossbeam is equipped with a support wheel, and when changing the vehicle type, it can be moved longitudinally along the scale to the corresponding position.
